Covid-19 FAQ's

Q "Will I get a refund if the film is cancelled because of Covid?"
If we cancel a film then we'll happily refund your tickets. If you choose not to come but the film still goes ahead then unfortunately we would not be able to offer you a refund. We can't offer exchanges or refunds if you can't make the show but you cass pass the tickets on to friends or family. If you let us know in good time we can try to resell the tickets for you and if they do you'll recieve and automatic refund.

Q "Where can I book tickets?"
The best place to buy tickets is online. However, if you'd prefer to pop in and book your tickets at the box office then we'd be happy to help. We don't have set box office hours - they vary each day but we're always open 30 minutes before the first show each day and we close 30 minutes after the last show starts.

Q "Can we purchase food and drink during our visit?"
Absolutely! It's actually our policy that, unless you have allergies, only food and drink from ourselves is permitted into the screens. We don't charge the earth and our opinion is that you wouldn't walk into a pub or coffee shop with things from another venue.

Q "Do I need to wear a face covering?"
Yes, please unless exempt. Current government guidelines state that face coverings must be worn throughout your visit. However it can be removed if you wish to eat or drink.

Q "Can I come to the Jam Jar with people from outside of my household/support bubble?"
Please follow the latest government guidelines and respect social distancing measures within the cinema.
